Accounts Receivable Specialist Our client is seeking adetail-oriented and reliable Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist tojoin their finance team. The AR Specialist will be managing theday-to-day operations of the accounts receivable process, ensuringaccurate and timely billing and collections, maintaining financialrecords, and supporting month-end close activities.

Responsibilities of Accounts Receivable Specialist:

Process high-volume customer invoices accurately and efficiently incompliance with company policies and procedures Monitor accountsfor incoming payments and follow up on outstanding receivablesEnsure proper application of payments and reconcile customeraccounts Prepare and distribute customer statements Maintain andupdate customer records and billing information Manage customerrebates and deductions, ensuring proper documentation, validation,and resolution Respond to customer inquiries and maintain strongclient relationships Support audits and provide necessary ARdocumentation Collaborate with sales, customer service, and otherdepartments to resolve billing, rebate, or payment issues

PreferredExperience of Accounts Receivable Specialist:

Associate’s orBachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus. 2-5 years ofexperience in accounts payable or a similar finance/accounting roleProficiency with accounting software (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics,SAP, NetSuite, QuickBooks, or similar ERP systems) Strong MicrosoftExcel skills LI-GW1 LI-Hybrid INJUN2025
