Job Responsibilities:
Manage the new account creationfor all major vendors for newly acquired locations Train new SiteManagers in all accounts payable systems and manage thereconciliation process as the new location transitions all payablesto Corporate HQ while assisting with closing accounts under theprevious ownership Oversee the transition of all utility andtelecom vendors to our corporate ownership Work alongside otherdepartments to assist newly acquired locations to ensure thetransition process runs smoothly (Operations, Payroll, IT,Accounting, Legal) Assist Accounts Payable Team with invoiceprocessing/miscellaneous projects
Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
Support continuous improvement and actively identify opportunitiesfor streamlining and increased efficiency throughout all areasStrong problem solving, detailed-oriented, and excellentcommunication skills Intermediate Excel skills and generalMicrosoft Office experience is a plus Bachelor’s degree inAccounting, Business Administration, or similar
