KeyResponsibilities:

Process invoices for multiple entities, ensuringaccuracy and timeliness. Verify the accuracy of supplier invoicesand address any discrepancies. Utilize the “3-way matching” processto confirm proper documentation for payments. Oversee and reconcilethe “goods received but not invoiced” report. Collaborate withsuppliers to resolve payment inquiries and maintain strongrelationships. Monitor the accounts payable aging report and ensuretimely payments. Continuously evaluate and improve AP processes andcontrols for greater efficiency.

What We’re Looking For:

Associate’s degree in Accounting or a related field preferred, butnot required. Strong attention to detail with excellentproblem-solving abilities. Ability to handle multiple deadlines andwork in a fast-paced environment. Self-starter with a strong senseof integrity and accountability.
