Description We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team in Stamford, Connecticut. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts payable and receivable, performing regular bank reconciliations, and utilizing accounting software such as QuickBooks to manage transactions and generate reports. Additionally, the Bookkeeper will assist with budgeting, payroll processing, and preparing financial statements, while ensuring compliance with accounting standards. This role requires a proactive problem solver who can collaborate effectively with internal teams, vendors, and clients to maintain the financial health of the organization and support strategic goals. Requirements + Proficiency in QuickBooks and other accounting software. + Experience with accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations. + Solid understanding of financial reporting and accounting principles. + Strong organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail.
