Role:

We’re seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and reliable Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our in-person team at our Rockledge office. This is an entry-level role with real growth opportunity. You’ll support our finance department by handling invoicing, tracking payments, managing customer communications, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and send invoices using QuickBooks and ServiceTitan Apply incoming payments accurately and in a timely manner Monitor customer accounts for late or missed payments Communicate with customers via phone and email regarding outstanding balances Maintain accurate records and assist with monthly reconciliations Collaborate with the CFO and support other accounting tasks as needed

Requirements:

At least 1 year of experience in accounting or accounts receivable Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel) Familiarity with QuickBooks and/or ServiceTitan preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills
