Summary:

National Drug Screening, Inc. is seeking an Administrative Assistant/Bookkeeper for our rapidly growing business. The Administrative Assistant/Bookkeeper will report to the VP of Operations, assisting with administrative functions and will be responsible for all aspects of the Billing process, Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable. This person must be enthusiastic about serving clients, able to multi-task, and have a strong attention to detail. Knowledge of the drug testing industry preferred but not required. This person will be an integral part of growing our business. Specific Duties Duties include but are not limited to: General customer service. That includes handling phone calls or emails responding to client inquiries/requests in a timely, friendly & helpful manner. Accurately process monthly billing, approve invoices for payment, and post transactions into QuickBooks. Contact customers in regard to Past Due invoices. Reconciling credit card processing. Review of laboratory invoices. AP/AR Process incoming and outgoing mail. Work with collection facilities to resolve issues as they pertain to invoices. Filing and keeping records organized. Assist with establishing any client specific protocols. Keep abreast of client changes, regulatory changes and Standard Operating Procedure updates. Maintain and protect the confidentiality of all NDS and client information. Inbound Sales and order processing. Required Skills Qualifications

Special Requirements:
