There is no hybrid or remote option.•Are you someone who enjoys diving into the details, solving puzzles, and making things right? We’re looking for a dedicated AR/Collections Specialist to support our Finance team with insurance follow-ups, claims submissions, and a variety of special projects that help keep things running smoothly. What You’ll Be Doing:

Collect insurance information from patients and physicians to help submit claims. Enter important data into our finance system to generate those claims. Use insurance websites and tools to help settle outstanding or denied claims. File appeals for underpayments or denials—and follow them through to resolution. Handle the full insurance follow-up process from A to Z. Take calls from patients, insurance reps, and customers—and make outbound calls, too. Investigate denial reasons and find smart, effective solutions. Keep records neat, tidy, and ready for audits or follow-up. Support attorneys with follow-up materials and organized spreadsheets. Jump into special projects as needed and help keep our finance engine humming.

What You Bring:

3+ years of experience in healthcare collections (insurance, patient, and customer). Excellent communication skills—on the phone and in writing. Strong multitasking and organizational abilities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint). Experience with CPT & diagnosis codes, and understanding of payer guidelines. Comfort using computers, phones, and learning new software. A high school diploma is required (college is a plus). Bilingual? Even better—but not required.
