  • A Trusted Local Firm Brevard Accounting Group is a well-established accounting firm in Merritt Island, FL , proudly serving individuals and small businesses with accurate, personalized financial services.

We’re looking to add a skilled and dependable QuickBooks Accountant to our in-office team.

Responsibilities:

Maintain and manage QuickBooks (Online & Desktop) for multiple clients Perform bank and credit card reconciliations Process payroll and file sales tax Prepare monthly financial reports and assist with year-end tax preparation Communicate directly with clients and support the team as needed

Requirements:

At least 1 year of hands-on QuickBooks experience Previous experience in a bookkeeping or accounting role (firm experience a plus) Solid understanding of general accounting principles Ability to stay organized, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines Strong attention to detail and professional communication skills
