$56,000 – $60,000 per year shift: First work hours: 8 AM – 5 PM education: Associate Responsibilities Review invoices and schedule payments. Prepare various month-end journal entries and assist with closing procedures. Reconcile accounts and communicate with vendors to resolve discrepancies. Process invoices and prepare AP aging report. Run checks and maintain accurate accounts payable files. Review and reconcile statements received from vendors.
