AR Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Positions Location:
Fort Lauderdale We are currently recruiting for a few of our clients in the Doral and Coral Gables area, and we are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented professionals for Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable positions. Positions Available:
Accounts Payable Specialist Accounts Receivable Specialist Responsibilities:
Accounts Payable Specialist:
Process and verify invoices for accuracy. Ensure timely payment of invoices. Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies. Maintain accurate records and control reports. Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments.
Accounts Receivable Specialist:
Generate and send out invoices. Follow up on, collect, and allocate payments. Perform account reconciliations. Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities. Maintain accounts receivable customer files and records.
Requirements:
Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred. Strong understanding of basic accounting principles. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel. Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) is a plus. Excellent communication and organizational skills. High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
