The ideal candidate will bring strong A/P experience, excellent organizational skills, and a solid understanding of accounting processes within the construction industry. Direct hire Full-time On-site Fort Lauderdale, FL 33316 Monday to Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm 60,000 – 65,000 USD yearly

Responsibilities:

Process and track vendor invoices and payments Reconcile accounts and resolve billing discrepancies Maintain accurate financial records and documentation Support the month-end close process Communicate effectively with vendors and internal teams Assist with general accounting duties as needed

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of accounting experience in the construction industry At least 2 years of focused Accounts Payable experience Must have construction accounting experience Familiarity with Procore and/or cost accounting is highly preferred Excellent time management, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills Strong written and verbal communication
