Job Description
We are searching for an AP Specialist in Oakland Park, FL. The salary range is between $24-$26 per hour. The position is 100% onsite in Fort Lauderdale.
NOTE:
The company works a 10 hour shift Monday-Thursday Hours 6:30am-5pm OR 7:00am-5:30pm. Enjoy every Friday off!
Job Responsibilities:
Process a high volume of accounts payable invoices in an accurate and timely manner Set up invoices for payment and process payments via checks, ACH, and wire transfers Reconcile accounts payable transactions and statements Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date Resolve invoice discrepancies and issues Maintain vendor files and handle vendor correspondence Assist with month-end closing and financial reporting
Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year of accounts payable experience in an AP or Accounting Clerk type role ERP experience Ability to commute to Fort Lauderdale daily If you are interested in being considered for the position listed, please apply.
