Job Description

Seeking a Accounts Payable Clerk/Specialist in Fort Lauderdale, FL! This position is HYBRID after the training period!

NOTE:

The hours / days below The salary range is between $24-$26 per hour. The company works a 10 hour shift Monday-Thursday 7:00am-5:30pm OR 6:30am-5:00pm. Enjoy every Friday off!

Job Responsibilities:

Process a high volume of accounts payable invoices in an accurate and timely manner Set up invoices for payment and process payments via checks, ACH, and wire transfers Reconcile accounts payable transactions and statements Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date Resolve invoice discrepancies and issues Maintain vendor files and handle vendor correspondence Assist with month-end closing and financial reporting

Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 year of accounts payable experience in an AP or Accounting Clerk type role ERP experience Ability to commute to Fort Lauderdale two-three times a week If you are interested in being considered for the position listed, please apply.
