Role:
As the AP Specialist, you’ll be responsible for handling the full-cycle accounts payable process-from invoice entry to payment and reconciliation. Your work will help ensure subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams are paid accurately and on time. Do:
Manage and process vendor invoices, employee expenses, and outgoing payments. Maintain vendor relationships and resolve payment discrepancies. Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting standards. Collaborate across departments including project management, treasury, and tax. Identify areas for process improvement and help streamline payment workflows. Provide timely reports and insights to leadership on AP metrics and vendor activity.
What You Bring:
2+ years of accounting experience, preferably with AP exposure. Experience with accounting software and strong Excel skills. High attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset. Construction industry experience or a related field is a plus. Bachelor s degree a strong plus, but not required. What s In It for
