The ideal candidate will be one who is mainly focused on collections. We are looking for eager employees that want to grow with our company, as we currently expand and prosper in Metra Express. Responsibilities Manage and maintain accounts receivable records, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Process incoming payments and apply them to the appropriate accounts. Prepare and send invoices to clients, ensuring adherence to billing guidelines. Conduct account analysis to identify overdue accounts and initiate collection efforts. Collaborate with other departments to address billing inquiries and provide support as needed. Qualifications Proven experience in accounts receivable or related financial roles is preferred. Proficiency in accounting software Attention to detail and organizational skills. Good communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration with team members and clients. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
