This is a full‑time, on‑site role focused on inventory control and asset management within a dynamic cultural and social organization. It is an excellent opportunity to contribute to operational efficiency and play a pivotal role in supporting the organization’s mission.
Job Function:
Coordinate the logistics and administration of domestic and international employee relocations. Serve as the primary point of contact for employees throughout the relocation process. Provide guidance and support to employees and their families during relocation and repatriation. Collaborate with internal departments such as HR, legal, and finance to ensure policy compliance. Manage relocation services including transportation, housing, visa processing, and settling-in support. Monitor relocation timelines and ensure key milestones are achieved. Maintain accurate records of relocation expenses and support reimbursement and reporting processes.
Job Requirements:
3 years of professional accounting experience. Proven experience with journal entries and account reconciliations. Background in logistics, coordination, and data entry is highly preferred. High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
