This position resides within our accounting department and is primarily responsible for maintaining the inventory and warranty schedules for the dealership. Job Duties Job Duties include, but are not limited to the following:
- Cost and post deals
- Post all cancellations for the dealership
- Maintain the warranty schedules for the dealership
- Maintain the inventory schedules for the dealership
- Adjust brass hat purchases to floor plan account
- Maintain the payoff schedule
- Process GAP, and warranty checks made to the bank
- Make all referral checks
- Order supplies for the dealership
- File all deals after titling is done
- Communicate and resolve any and all issues with Office Manager and/or Controller
- Perform other duties as assigned or requested to assure optimum service levels Qualifications
- Automotive accounting or CDK experience preferred
- Ability to work well in a process-driven environment.
- Professional appearance and outstanding work ethic.
- Superior customer service skills.
- Self-starter and self-motivated.
- Understand deadlines and be able to apply the appropriate sense of urgency to all tasks Gunther Motor Company has been selling cars in South Florida for over 50 years.
