Full Job Description Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Bookkeeper to manage day-to-day financial tasks, including data entry, bank reconciliations, and record keeping. The ideal candidate is highly proficient in QuickBooks , Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets , and works quickly without sacrificing accuracy. This role is essential to keeping our financial operations smooth and organized.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks Enter and categorize transactions efficiently Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts Prepare financial reports, summaries, and spreadsheets Manage invoices, receipts, and payment records Assist with payroll preparation and expense tracking Communicate with vendors and internal teams regarding billing or payment issues Ensure compliance with company procedures and financial best practices
Requirements:
Proven experience as a bookkeeper or similar role Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets Fast and accurate data entry capabilities High attention to detail and organizational skills Strong understanding of basic accounting principles Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Excellent written and verbal communication skills
