Job Description

Description We are looking for an experienced Bookkeeper to join our team in Deerfield Beach, Florida. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial operations, ensuring accuracy in accounting records, and supporting key financial processes. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of bookkeeping and financial reconciliation.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure financial records are accurate and complete.
  • Oversee payroll processing and ensure timely submission of payments.
  • Manage month-end close procedures, including preparing financial reports and reconciling accounts.
  • Utilize QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel to organize and analyze financial data.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
  • Conduct account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies as needed.
  • Input and verify data to maintain accurate financial records.
  • Collaborate with team members to support financial planning and reporting initiatives. Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in bookkeeping or a related financial role.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
  • Experience with payroll processing and month-end close procedures.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data.
  • Ability to analyze and resolve discrepancies in financial records.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance standards.
