Our client is seeking a hands-on Bookkeeper with solid Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) experience to join their team in Pompano Beach. This is a critical role for a growing company in the construction and real estate space (experience in either is a major plus). Candidate must speak fluent Spanish and English.

salary:

$65,000 – $75,000 per year
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM – 5 PM
education: High School Responsibilities Handle full-cycle AP and AR Perform bank reconciliations and general ledger entries Manage invoicing, vendor payments, and collections Maintain accurate financial records and reports Use Sage Intacct and/or QuickBooks for day-to-day accounting functions Intermediate Excel to manage spreadsheets and reports Solid organizational skills and attention to detail Collaborate with internal teams for accurate job costing and billing Support month-end and year-end closing processes

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in bookkeeping with a focus on AP/AR Fluent in Spanish and English Ability to work on-site in Pompano Beach, FL Experience in construction or real estate accounting is highly preferred Skills Bookkeeping (3 years of experience is required) Qualifications Years of experience: 0 years
