M-F 8:30 am-5:00 pm Job description We are seeking a bookkeeper with a strong overall accounting background to join our growing team. Following the acquisition of another company, this role will involve both ongoing bookkeeping responsibilities, cost accounting, and project-based work to help integrate the financials of multiple businesses with an emphasis on manufacturing. This in-house position offers flexible scheduling, a comfortable and friendly working environment and the opportunity to be part of an exciting experience in business growth and expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable receivable, and general ledger management. Cost accounting Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions Process invoices, payments, and expense reports Assist in preparing financial reports and statements Support payroll processing and compliance with tax regulations Ensure accurate inventory and cost tracking, especially in the context of the recent merger Work on merging financial data, reconciling accounts, and streamlining accounting processes between the two companies Assist with other administrative accounting tasks as needed

Requirements:

Proven bookkeeping experience, including QuickBooks Online proficiency Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting Ability to handle project-based work, particularly related to mergers, financial integration, and account reconciliation Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Experience with bookkeeping for a product manufacturing company, as well as experience in managing multiple QBO accounts are considered major plusses #FTL
