Full Job Description About Us:

Markone Contractors is a growing construction company based in South Florida. We specialize in commercial and residential. We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team.

Responsibilities:

Manage accounts payable and receivable Reconcile bank and credit card statements Maintain accurate financial records in QuickBooks Generate monthly financial reports Prepare documentation for tax and audit purposes Collaborate with project managers and administrative staff to track job costs and payments Handle vendor payments and client invoicing

Qualifications:

2+ years of bookkeeping experience (construction industry preferred) Proficiency with QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel Strong understanding of accounts payable/receivable processes Excellent organizational and time management skills Attention to detail and accuracy English required; Spanish is a plus

Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM How to
