We specialize in providing tailor made loans to real estate investors looking to purchase or refinance properties.
Required skills:
5+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience; real estate or lending experience preferred. Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Familiarity with private lending, hard money, or real estate investing is a plus. Experience with The Mortgage Office software a plus.
Responsibilities:
Manage daily financial transactions using QuickBooks. Maintain organized records of borrower payments, and investor distributions. Create Payoff Letters, QuickBooks invoices for Closings and Mortgage Payoffs and process payments related to Closings and Payoffs. Prepare monthly financial reports. Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and loan servicing platforms. Prepare monthly financial reports. Will be working directly with company owner. Great opportunity.
