Bookkeeper, and Responsibilities:
- Bookkeeping including Accounts Parables and Accounts Receivables
- Responsible for processing employee payroll
- Make deposits of incoming checks
- Complete necessary sales tax forms, including 940, 941, and Reemployment Taxes
- Will be involved with client invoicing and product memos for consigned inventory
- Reconcile bank accounts and handle accounting for the company
- Work with proprietary lists and forms in Microsoft Excel (Intermediate level skills)
- Run reports for executive team as needed
- Executive support
- General office duties
- In Office Monday to Wednesday position
Role Requirements:
QuickBooks is a must for this position (no QuickBooks experience need not apply). Appropriate Microsoft Office computer skills, as well as professional telephone communication and etiquette are also required for this full-time position. Excellent verbal/written communication skills, accuracy, dependability and multi-tasking are the attributes required to succeed in this position. Must have a strong attention to detail and professional disposition. MS Office (Word, Excel & Outlook) proficiency is necessary for this in-office role.
