Responsibilities:

Maintain precise and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries, to support the organization’s financial integrity. Assist in preparing accurate and timely financial reports in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Account reconciliations, GL/journal entries Posting payrolls Control point for Accounts Payable Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and project accounting Assist with forecasting, month end close, and both internal and external audits

Experience and Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years experience in finance related position Experience with Due-To-From accounts Applied knowledge and experience using Quickbooks for business Bachelors degree in business administration, accounting, or related field preferred Join a team that values you!
