Bookkeeper North Florida Pharmacy Inc 347 SW Main Boulevard, Lake City, FL 32025 Our company is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be capable of working independently and will be comfortable using computerized accounting software. Experiance with Quickbooks is a must.
Responsibilities:
Create and maintain financial and tax documents. Key company financial data into ledger books. Coordinate with bookkeeping accounting software. Review reports and adjust data as needed. Maintain records of vendor bills received, paid, and outstanding. Pay bills and enter them into accounting software. Be familiar with federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations regarding accounting practices.
