We are seeking an experienced, proactive, self-motivated Accounts Payable Clerk to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing multiple AP accounts for different clients. This role requires someone who can multitask, problem-solve, and ensure the accurate and timely processing of invoices. Knowledge of golf clubs and country clubs is a plus. $18 – $20 an hour, depending on experience. Job title Accounts Payable Clerk Reports to AP/AR Manager Classification Hourly Full-time, Part-Time, Non-Exempt Working Hours Monday through Friday Job purpose Performs accounts payable accounting functions including receiving and matching invoices, account coding, preparation of disbursements and accounts payable related record keeping. Duties and responsibilities Manage and process invoices for multiple AP accounts across clients using Ottimate and QuickBooks. Reconcile vendor accounts and statements, identifying and resolving discrepancies promptly. Work with internal teams to ensure the timely processing of invoices.. Collaborate with vendors and clients to resolve invoice discrepancies or payment inquiries. Assist with 1099 processing and ensure compliance with relevant tax reporting. Manage vendor relationships and ensure all necessary documentation (e.g., W-9s, Certificates of Insurance) is in place Maintain organized and up-to-date records for all accounts payable transactions. Support other accounting projects and tasks as needed. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications Qualifications include:

High school diploma QuickBooks experience At least one year of accounts payable work history Strong computer skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Prior experience with third party AP processing software Troubleshooting skills Superior customer service Working conditions Works indoors. In addition, personnel are prohibited from entering facility attics, walking on the roof of buildings, and/or prohibited from using scaffolding.
