Responsibilities:
Examines invoices, prior to payment, to determine propriety of expenditure by checking mathematical extension by comparing invoice price to purchase order or contract price and by comparing the appropriate account. Will be responsible for opening, sorting and distributing mail and scanning invoices and backup into Synergy. Will be able to sort and file documents, and performs calculations.
