Full Job Description Accounts Receivable/Payable Specialist Responsibilities:

• this is a part time role, Monday-Friday, 4 hours a day in the office
• Generate and issue accurate and timely invoices to customers.
• Record and apply payments received, ensuring proper documentation and reconciliation.
• Conduct proactive follow-up on overdue accounts, communicating with customers to resolve payment issues.
• Assess the creditworthiness of customers, set credit limits, and manage credit terms.
• Prepare vendor bills for payment
• Enter and match invoices in financial system

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field. 2 years of experience in accounts receivable/payable or a similar role. Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Team player with a collaborative mindset.
