AB_4748746 We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our growing AR team. The Accounts Receivable specialist will be responsible for managing receivables, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices, billing and maintaining valued relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will have a detailed background in accounting or finance, exceptional attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

OVERVIEW

To provide financial, clerical and administrative services to ensure efficient, timely and accurate payments of assigned accounts under his or her control.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintain accurate account information Maintain the AR Queue Provide guidelines and documentation for customer accounts Email collection statements on assigned accounts Make B2B collection calls, receive and respond to customers on assigned accounts Prepare and send bulk billing statements Audit accounts for accuracy Correct billing discrepancies Key cash/credit card batches Perform other work-related duties as assigned

SUPERVISION/JUDGMENT/SCOPE

This position reports to the Accounts Receivables Manager, has zero (0) direct reports and may have some overtime. This is a detail-oriented position.
