We’re a well-established, locally owned, and operated Heavy Construction company. We’re on the hunt for a confident, detail-oriented, and proactive Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team. If you’re experienced in the construction industry and have a passion for keeping the financial gears turning smoothly, we want to hear from you! 100% in office located on the Westside of Jax, Fl salary: $55,000 – $65,000 per yearshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM – 4

As our Accounts Receivable Specialist, you’ll be key to our financial success by: Preparing, issuing, and tracking customer invoices, including AIA Applications for Payment. Monitoring and following up on outstanding payments. Communicating with project managers and clients regarding billing and account status. Managing A/R aging reports and ensuring timely collections. Applying payments accurately in accounting software. Preparing and tracking Notice to Owners and Lien Releases. Assisting with monthly closing and audit preparation.

Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you’ll need: 2+ years of experience in Construction Accounts Receivable. A strong understanding of billing procedures, lien waivers, and AIA progress billing. Experience with Spectrum ERP is a big plus! Excellent communication and organizational skills. High attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
