We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Payable Clerk for an immediate contract opportunity with the potential to transition into a permanent role. This hybrid position is ideal for a self-motivated professional with recent and detailed experience in Accounts Payable processes who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

salary:

$22 – $23 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM – 5 PM
education: Associate Responsibilities Process high volume of vendor invoices with accuracy and timeliness Verify and reconcile invoice discrepancies and resolve billing issues Match purchase orders, invoices, and receiving documents Ensure timely payments of vendor invoices and expense reimbursements Assist with month-end closing tasks and reports Maintain organized financial records and documentation Communicate effectively with vendors and internal departments regarding payment status Adhere to company policies and accounting standards The essential functions of this role include:

Accounts Payable (2 years of experience is required)
Netsuite (2 years of experience is required)
RAMP (2 years of experience is required)
1099 (2 years of experience is required)
