Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Temporary AP AR Clerk to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced accounting professional to support our finance department during a large software conversion project. The ideal candidate will be proficient in various accounting functions and possess analytical and problem-solving skills. This role will primarily help with the AP / AR workload.
salary:
$24•$25 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM•5
PMeducation:
AssociateResponsibilities Process accounts payable invoices, ensuring accuracy, proper coding, and timely payments Manage accounts receivable functions, including invoicing, collections, and cash application 5+ years of AP and AR Proficiency in accounting software•Sage or NetSuite preferred Bachelors or AA degree preferred Project work for now, could turn permanent for the right match The essential functions of this role include:working in a smoke free environmentSkillsAccounts Payable (2 years of experience is required)Accounts Receivable (2 years of experience is required)Sage 300 (2 years of experience is required)Netsuite (2 years of experience is required)Invoices (2 years of experience is required)Non profit (1 year of experience is required)QualificationsYears of experience: 2 yearsExperience level: ExperiencedRandstad is a world leader in matching great people with great companies.
