AB_4771415 We are seeking a meticulous and organized Temporary Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our growing AR team in Jacksonville, FL. This role will be responsible for accurately and efficiently generating and distributing invoices to our corporate clients, ensuring timely and correct billing for services or products rendered. This role requires a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of billing processes.

$23•$25 per hour shift: First work hours: 8 AM•5 PM education: High School Responsibilities Generate and process B2B invoices accurately and in a timely manner Verify billing data for accuracy, including pricing, quantities, services rendered, and customer information Reconcile billing discrepancies by investigating issues and collaborating with sales, operations, or customer service teams to resolve them Distribute invoices to clients via preferred methods Maintain organized and up-to-date billing records and customer files Respond to billing inquiries from clients professionally and promptly Assist with month-end closing activities related to billing and accounts receivable Process credit memos, adjustments, and refunds as necessary Ensure compliance with company billing policies and procedures Identify and suggest improvements to billing processes for greater efficiency and accuracy Collaborate with the Accounts Receivable team to ensure seamless payment processing The essential functions of this role include: working in a smoke free environment Skills B2B Business to Business (2 years of experience is required) Cash Applications (2 years of experience is required) Aging Receivables (2 years of experience is required) Aging Report (2 years of experience is required) Credit Memos (2 years of experience is required) Discrepancies (2 years of experience is required) Qualifications Years of experience: 2 years Experience level: Experienced Randstad is a world leader in matching great people with great companies.
