Accounts Payable and Data Entry Clerk A residential construction company in Pensacola is looking for an accounts payable and data entry clerk to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone to execute this local success-driven company’s administrative and clerical needs.

Job Responsibilities:

• Data Entry
• Sorting, logging, photocopying, and filing invoices
• Execute daily processes and controls accurately and promptly, ensuring compliance with company policies

Qualifications:

• Highschool Diploma or GED
• 2+ years of experience in an Accounts Payable role preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Highly organized
• Strong attention to detail and a sense of urgency
• Invoice coding and processing experience

Compensation & Benefits:

• For this position, you will be paid $14/hour
• Regular schedule of 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday
