Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounting Assistant / Junior Accountant to join our team in Bradenton, FL. This full-time, on-site position is ideal for someone who is organized, motivated, and looking to grow within the accounting field. You’ll play a key role in supporting daily accounting functions and ensuring accuracy in financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable Process invoices, payments, and bank deposits Reconcile bank and credit card statements Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records Support month-end and year-end closing processes Assist with payroll and other administrative accounting tasks Perform general clerical duties such as filing, scanning, and data entry

Qualifications:

1-2 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience preferred Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience) Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks experience is a plus) Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Strong communication and time-management abilities Why Join Us?
