The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and supporting various accounting functions. This position requires a strong understanding of financial concepts and proficiency in accounting software, and the ability to work in a fast paced environment.. Responsibilities Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable, including data input. Compile information from our project management software and accounting software. Process payroll accurately and on time. Support financial analysis initiatives by providing relevant data and insights. Collaborate with team members to streamline accounting processes. Utilize accounting software for data entry, reporting, and reconciliation tasks. Experience Proven experience in an accounting role is preferred. Experience using Quick Books and Builder Trend is a plus. Strong analytical skills. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills are critical for success in this role.
