Full Job Description Compensation Range:

$17.51 – $26.69

Position Summary:

Hiring Salary Range:

$17.51 to $19.26 per hour depending on qualifications. Handles supplier invoices, ensuring timely and accurate processing of contracts, invoices and payments. This role involves collaborating with internal and external departments and external suppliers to maintain relationships while upholding financial accuracy and compliance.

Job Duties:

Invoice Processing:

Review, verify, and process vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.

Compliance:

Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting standards, contributing to the overall financial health of the organization.

Payment Management:

Prepare and execute settlement runs, ensuring timely disbursement of payments. Develop and maintain strong relationships with co-departments.

Record Keeping:

Maintain accurate records of all accounts payable transactions, ensuring documentation is complete and organized.

Process Improvement:

Identify opportunities for process improvements within the accounts payable function.

Reporting:

Assist in preparing financial audit packets and supporting documentation. Assist co-workers as needed, other tasks as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

The position requires vocational or other technical school beyond high school or GED equivalent and at least two years of prior-related work experience in an accounting setting.
