JOB DESCRIPTION

• Process high volume of invoices
• Match purchase orders, invoices, and receiving reports
• Verify and reconcile discrepancies in vendor billing
• Schedule and prepare checks and electronic payments
• Maintain vendor files and update contact/payment information
• Assist in month-end closing by preparing accruals and reports

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• High School Diploma/GED
• 1+ years of accounts payable or general accounting experience
