Job Overview:

The Accounts Payable Clerk will be responsible for managing day-to-day invoice processing, vendor communications, and payment tracking. This role offers hands-on experience in the full AP cycle and is ideal for individuals looking to advance their skills in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Match invoices to receipts of goods/services and verify billing accuracy Enter and code invoices into the accounting system; monitor AP aging reports Maintain accurate and up-to-date vendor information, including payment terms Prepare weekly check runs and provide documentation for approval Calculate and process employee travel reimbursements Support ad hoc tasks for the billing and finance teams as needed

Qualifications:
