Accounts Payable Clerk Roberts & McQuaig Transport, LLC Plant City, FL 33566 Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable Clerk to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the company’s accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, and maintaining financial records. Duties Process and verify invoices for payment, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies. Maintain accounts payable records and ensure timely payments to vendors. Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies as needed. Drop slips at the bank. Office inventory management(purchasing office materials). Check the PO box Monday through Friday. Update and maintain accounts receivable sheet. Assist with other accounting-related tasks as needed. Requirements Proven experience as an Accounts Payable Clerk or in a similar role. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team environment. Minimum of a high school diploma or currently in college is preferred. Proficient in
