JOB DESCRIPTION
- Process vendor invoices and manual check requests for payment
- Verify invoices and check requests
- Process vendor credits
- Investigate outstanding and stale checks
- Prepare entries to adjust vendor balances and accounts
- Assist with month-end closing
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- 2 years experience in high-volume corporate accounts payable
- Strong data entry skills
- Experience with ERP software
- Proficient in Outlook and Excel
