Accounts Payable Coordinator 3.5 3.5 out of 5 stars Tampa, FL 33602 • Hybrid work Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable Coordinator to join our finance team. This role is crucial in managing the company’s financial obligations, ensuring that all invoices are processed accurately and timely. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial concepts and corporate accounting practices, along with experience in various financial software systems. Duties Process and manage accounts payable transactions, including invoice verification and payment processing. Perform general ledger reconciliation to ensure accuracy in financial reporting. Maintain accurate records of all accounts payable and general ledger activities and transactions. Collaborate with vendors and internal departments to resolve discrepancies and inquiries. Familiarity with 1099 forms, issues and corrections Prepare reports related to accounts payable activities as required by management. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding financial transactions. Qualifications Proficient understanding of financial concepts and corporate accounting principles. Experience with general ledger reconciliation is highly desirable. Familiarity with 1099 forms, issues and corrections Strong 10 key typing skills for efficient data entry.
