Key Responsibilities:

Process and review invoices for accuracy and completeness. Match invoices to purchase orders and verify receipt of goods/services. Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments via Wire’s, ACH/EFT, Vendor Portal’s, In-House Checks (Positive Pay), Credit Card Reconcile accounts payable transactions, daily bank transactions, AMEX, PayPal, freight Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date, including Rents Intercompany Resolve invoice discrepancies and issues. Maintain vendor files and documentation. Assist with month-end closing and financial reporting. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in accounts payable or similar role. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Mar-Kov). Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
