Description:

We are seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team. The Accounts Payable Specialist will be responsible for assisting in the smooth operation of the Accounts Payable Department. The Accounts Payable Specialist position is currently a hybrid role with designated days required to be in the office, which may change depending on future needs of the Firm or industry standards.

Key Responsibilities include:

Ability to handle all aspects of accounts payable, which includes processing invoices for payment, balancing batches and printing checks. Ability to research and respond to office and vendor inquiries Special projects and additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years’ experience in related area. Proficient computer typing skills and knowledge of general computer software. Excellent interpersonal, organizational and time management skills. Proficient knowledge of accounting functions.

Minimum Education:

Bachelor’s degree required
