PM Pay:

$16•18/hr. (Based on experience) Express Employment Professionals is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Receivable Clerk for a well-established company in Plant City . This full-time position offers a great opportunity to grow with a supportive and professional team.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate and send out invoices to customers Post customer payments and reconcile accounts Monitor customer accounts for delayed or missed payments Communicate with customers regarding outstanding balances Maintain accurate financial records and reports Assist with month-end closing and other accounting duties as needed

Qualifications:

Previous experience in accounts receivable or general accounting Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required Experience with accounting software (QuickBooks a plus) Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
