Temporary About the Opportunity Are you looking to gain hands-on experience in a professional corporate setting? You’ll have the chance to work within a dynamic Accounts Payable team, focusing on vendor maintenance and data verification during a key transitional project. What You’ll Be Doing Support the transition from paper checks to ACH by assisting with vendor banking updates and W-9 verification. Conduct outbound calls to vendors to confirm and validate information — no invoice processing required. Manage and maintain accurate vendor records across multiple ERP systems. Review vendor change requests and ensure all documentation is complete and accurate. Provide verified ACH information to the AP Manager for payment setup. Collaborate with the Purchasing team to confirm vendor approvals and spending thresholds. Partner with the IT department to test new ERP functionalities. Respond to vendor inquiries regarding payment status and account details.

Required Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent. 1-2 years of experience in accounts payable, vendor maintenance, or data entry preferred. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication skills — especially phone etiquette and professionalism. Ability to work independently with a strong sense of urgency.
