RMR Designs is looking to add to our AP/AR Team. We are a screen printing apparel company providing garments to a variety of customers across the country including: Theme Parks, Zoos, Aquariums, Museums, Airports and Resort/Destination Gift Shops. We are looking for a full time employee to join our purchasing team. The right candidate will possess great attention to detail who wants to grow within our company. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment while remaining composed, professional and organized. Responsibilities Process accounts receivable transactions accurately and in a timely manner. Maintain and reconcile customer accounts to ensure all payments are accounted for. Prepare and send invoices to clients, following up on outstanding payments as necessary. Utilize financial software to track payments and generate reports on account status. Assist in resolving discrepancies and negotiating payment terms with vendors/clients. Support corporate accounting functions by providing necessary documentation for audits. Exhibit professional phone etiquette when communicating with clients regarding their accounts. Experience 3 years proven experience in accounts receivable or related financial services roles. Proficiency in Microsoft Office & financial software, particularly QuickBooks, is essential. Strong negotiation skills to facilitate payment discussions effectively. A solid understanding of accounting principles and practices.
