In this role, you will have the opportunity to advance your career while being a key part of a dynamic, fast-growing property management firm. Pay Rate $18.00 – $24.00 per hour, based on experienceSchedule and Hours Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.
Bookkeeper Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform full-cycle bookkeeping for multiple properties.
- Record and reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and property accounts monthly.
- Collect rent payments and issue receipts.
- Take clear and accurate notes during meetings, site visits, and tenant communications.
- Prepare financial statements and reports for management and property owners.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and expense tracking.
- Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date tenant and owner files.
- Support audits and respond to financial inquiries. Bookkeeper Qualifications and Requirements
- Proven experience as a bookkeeper, preferably in property management.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks accounting software.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and administrative skills, including note-taking and recordkeeping.
- Ability to handle confidential financial information with integrity.
