Your Role:

As our Bookkeeper in the Tampa office, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records for our clients.

Your responsibilities will include:

Proficiently managing client accounts using Quickbooks Desktop and/or Online . Performing timely and accurate bank reconciliations . Preparing and posting various journal entries . Assisting with month-end and year-end closing procedures. Maintaining organized and well-documented financial records. Communicating effectively with team members and clients as needed. What You Bring to the

Team:

Proven experience with Quickbooks (minimum 2 years required) , demonstrating a strong understanding of its features and functionalities. Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping principles and practices. Experience performing bank reconciliations with accuracy and efficiency. Proficiency in preparing and posting various journal entries . Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
